Arrange a private journey from Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (MRU) to your hotel, resort, villa or other accommodation. The transfer request starts with your flight details, destination, group and bags.
A complete written confirmation should give you the price, vehicle arrangement, meeting instructions and booking contact. Keep these available offline before you fly.
How do I arrange a hotel-to-airport departure?
For a hotel-to-airport journey, provide your flight departure time and your airline’s check-in guidance. The pickup plan should account for the drive, traffic and time inside the airport.
If your return starts at a different hotel, list that address separately. Both legs should be checked rather than assuming an arrival transfer and a departure transfer have identical details.
What if I need child seats or extra luggage space?
Mention every suitcase, cabin bag, stroller, golf bag and child seat. Additional space or a particular seat may need to be arranged and confirmed before booking.
Palmway’s focus is airport and hotel transfers. An agreed stop can be requested as part of a journey, but the route, duration and price must be confirmed beforehand.

Palmway focuses on airport arrivals, airport departures and hotel-to-hotel transfers in Mauritius. You can also request a pickup or drop-off at a villa or private accommodation.
Is the transfer shared with other travellers?
The request is for a private journey for your own party. The vehicle, passenger count and luggage arrangement are agreed before confirmation.
How do I get a price?
Car/SUV airport transfers: €40 for standard routes or €50 for longer routes, including Le Morne, Grand Gaube, Poste Lafayette. Minivan: €60. Minibus: €70. Hotel-to-hotel transfers: €50. Prices are per private vehicle, one way. Send your route and requirements to confirm the complete arrangement.
Can I request a child seat?
Include each child’s age, height and approximate weight. The seat type, availability and any charge must be confirmed with your quote.
Does the planner confirm my booking?
No. The planner prepares a request you can review and send on WhatsApp or by email, copy or download. A journey is reserved only after a written quote and separate confirmation.
What should I confirm before booking?
Rates are in euros, per private vehicle for a one-way journey. A return journey has two separately priced legs. Confirm your exact address, vehicle fit, availability and any requested extras before booking.
Your written confirmation must state the complete price, payment arrangements, waiting allowance and cancellation conditions. Child seats, extra stops and special equipment need a specific agreement.
