What are the cancellation conditions?
The cancellation deadline, any charges and the procedure for changing a journey must be included in your written quote or booking confirmation. Palmway does not promise a blanket free-cancellation window on this website.
Check the time zone and pickup time to which the deadline applies. If anything is unclear, request clarification before confirming.
How do I change a confirmed transfer?
Send the proposed change through the booking channel on your confirmation and wait for written acceptance. A different hotel, flight, pickup time, passenger count or luggage load may require another vehicle or a revised price.
For a return booking, specify which leg you are changing. Keep the acknowledgement so the final itinerary is clear to everyone.
