What details are needed for a child seat?
Provide each child’s age, height and approximate weight, along with any preferred seat type. Suitability depends on the child and the seat’s manufacturer limits, so specify whether you are requesting a rear-facing infant seat, a harnessed seat or a booster.
Seat type, availability and any charge must be confirmed in writing for each journey. If you are bringing your own seat, tell us in advance so the vehicle and installation can be considered.
How do child seats affect the vehicle choice?
Child seats, passengers and luggage must fit together in the proposed vehicle. Include your stroller and every suitcase so the complete arrangement can be checked.
For a return booking or a change of hotel, include the seat requirements for each leg. Keep the agreed arrangement with your travel documents and check it before departure.
