View all transfer pricesHow do I arrange pickup after landing?
Send the arrival flight details and the hotel address or map pin from your voucher. That identifies the entrance more clearly than describing the destination only as Blue Bay.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For an airport return, agree where to meet with luggage ready. If moving to another hotel, provide its full name and discuss the desired departure time.
What luggage details should I provide?
Include each suitcase and cabin bag, plus any large equipment, even though the airport journey is within the south-east part of the island.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
Palmway can plan the hotel-to-hotel journey as a separate leg of your stay. Your written quote should identify each pickup, destination and agreed price.
Before confirming
Check the exact property name and entrance with your accommodation. Hotel names on this website identify destinations and do not imply an affiliation, partnership or endorsement.
