View all transfer pricesHow do I arrange pickup after landing?
For arrival at MRU, include the flight details and any family seating requirements. The hotel name avoids confusion with the island offshore that shares the Coin de Mire name.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For the airport return, confirm a reception pickup point and keep luggage ready before the agreed time. Hotel changes should include the next property’s full address.
What luggage details should I provide?
Families travelling with a stroller should give its folded size, together with the suitcase count and the number of child seats needed.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
Palmway can plan the hotel-to-hotel journey as a separate leg of your stay. Your written quote should identify each pickup, destination and agreed price.
Before confirming
