View all transfer pricesHow do I arrange pickup after landing?
Send the local arrival date and flight number with the total party size. For families, include each child’s age and the seating requirements you would like assessed.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For a return flight, confirm pickup from the agreed resort meeting point. For a move to another hotel, specify the destination and whether the luggage count has changed.
What luggage details should I provide?
Include folded pushchairs, golf bags and children’s cases. These items can make a material difference to the size of vehicle needed.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
Palmway can plan the hotel-to-hotel journey as a separate leg of your stay. Your written quote should identify each pickup, destination and agreed price.
Before confirming
