View all transfer pricesHow do I arrange pickup after landing?
Give your flight number and landing date, plus the complete passenger and luggage details. Specify the resort rather than only Pointe Jérôme, which also describes other local meeting points.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For your return to MRU, confirm collection from the resort. For a change of hotel, provide the next address and allow time to finish checkout before pickup.
What luggage details should I provide?
Families should count strollers and travel cots separately from suitcases so the proposed vehicle has space for the full load.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
Palmway can plan the hotel-to-hotel journey as a separate leg of your stay. Your written quote should identify each pickup, destination and agreed price.
Before confirming
Check the exact property name and entrance with your accommodation. Hotel names on this website identify destinations and do not imply an affiliation, partnership or endorsement.
