View all transfer pricesHow do I arrange pickup after landing?
Include the arrival flight, date and complete resort name. If your confirmation gives a specific arrival instruction for a suite or residence, pass that information on.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For departure to MRU, agree the meeting point and leave time for checkout. A hotel change to another LUX* property should specify the full next destination.
What luggage details should I provide?
List every large suitcase and cabin case, including separate golf travel bags or other items that need additional vehicle space.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
Palmway can plan the hotel-to-hotel journey as a separate leg of your stay. Your written quote should identify each pickup, destination and agreed price.
Before confirming
Check the exact property name and entrance with your accommodation. Hotel names on this website identify destinations and do not imply an affiliation, partnership or endorsement.
