View all transfer pricesHow do I arrange pickup after landing?
Send the landing date as it appears on your flight itinerary, particularly when the flight departs home the previous evening. Add the number of children travelling.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
Confirm the reception pickup point before leaving for the airport. For a change of hotel, share the next property name and preferred departure time.
What luggage details should I provide?
Include pushchairs and separate cabin cases in your bag count; passenger seats alone do not describe the space needed.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
Palmway can plan the hotel-to-hotel journey as a separate leg of your stay. Your written quote should identify each pickup, destination and agreed price.
Before confirming
Check the exact property name and entrance with your accommodation. Hotel names on this website identify destinations and do not imply an affiliation, partnership or endorsement.
