Include the flight number, landing date and number of travellers. If the hotel has provided a particular arrival contact or entrance instruction, pass that information on.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
Arrange airport departure from the agreed resort pickup point, allowing time for checkout. For a hotel change, include the second property’s full name and address.
What luggage details should I provide?
For couples with several large cases, specify the actual bag count. A larger vehicle may be useful even for two passengers.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
