How do I arrange my airport departure?
For departure to MRU, confirm where your vehicle should meet you. If moving to another hotel, provide the new property’s full name and planned arrival date.
What luggage details should I provide?
Tell us about several large hard-shell cases or specialist equipment, even for a small party, so the required luggage space is clear.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
