View all transfer pricesHow do I arrange pickup after landing?
Include the arrival flight, number of adults and children, and any seating needs. If your accommodation voucher mentions a villa, pass on the relevant arrival instructions.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For your airport departure, agree a reception meeting point and leave time to bring luggage there. For a hotel change, provide the next address in advance.
What luggage details should I provide?
If carrying golf bags, strollers or several cabin cases, list them individually with the checked luggage so the vehicle requirement is realistic.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
Palmway can plan the hotel-to-hotel journey as a separate leg of your stay. Your written quote should identify each pickup, destination and agreed price.
Before confirming
Check the exact property name and entrance with your accommodation. Hotel names on this website identify destinations and do not imply an affiliation, partnership or endorsement.
