How do I arrange my airport departure?
For your airport return, confirm the agreed reception meeting point. For a hotel-to-hotel journey, give the next property’s full name so the destination is unambiguous.
What luggage details should I provide?
Include the complete luggage list, particularly large rigid cases or sporting equipment that may affect the required vehicle size.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
