View all transfer pricesHow do I arrange pickup after landing?
Include Zilwa Attitude and your flight number when asking for an arrival transfer. For families, give the age of each child and describe any seating needs.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For departure, make sure the flight date matches your travel itinerary, especially around midnight. A hotel change needs the new address and your preferred time to leave.
What luggage details should I provide?
A party of adults and children may need more boot space than expected. Include all cabin cases, pushchairs and larger bags in the request.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
Palmway can plan the hotel-to-hotel journey as a separate leg of your stay. Your written quote should identify each pickup, destination and agreed price.
Before confirming
Check the exact property name and entrance with your accommodation. Hotel names on this website identify destinations and do not imply an affiliation, partnership or endorsement.
