Golfers bringing their own equipment to a hotel or moving it between accommodation during a split stay.
What golf-luggage details should I send?
Tell us how many golf bags you have and whether they are in soft covers or rigid travel cases. Approximate dimensions or a photograph can help when an item is unusually large. Include your normal cases and hand luggage in the same message.
The right arrangement depends on the combined load, not just the number of golf bags. Vehicle and luggage space must be confirmed before booking.
Does a hotel change need the same luggage request?
If you split your holiday between resorts, include your golf equipment in the hotel-to-hotel request too. A vehicle suitable for a lightly packed journey may not be suitable once everyone and their travel cases are included.
Pack and secure your equipment in its travel cover before collection. Tell us in advance about any other oversized item so it can be considered with the full load.
What should my request look like?
Illustrative request: MRU to [resort] for [passengers], with [suitcases] and [golf cases]. State soft or hard covers, packed dimensions and any later hotel transfer.

What should I confirm before booking?
Rates are in euros, per private vehicle for a one-way journey. A return journey has two separately priced legs. Confirm your exact address, vehicle fit, availability and any requested extras before booking.
Your written confirmation must state the complete price, payment arrangements, waiting allowance and cancellation conditions. Child seats, extra stops and special equipment need a specific agreement.

That cannot be assumed. Passenger numbers, suitcase sizes and the golf case's dimensions all affect the vehicle choice.
Does this service include journeys to golf courses?
Palmway focuses on airport and hotel-to-hotel transfers. This service covers carrying your equipment on those journeys.
