Choosing a transfer vehicle for the whole family

Choose a transfer vehicle for the full combination of adults, children, confirmed restraints and luggage. Give Palmway the stroller and bulky-item details before accepting the family airport-transfer arrangement.

What belongs on our passenger and luggage list?

Start with the number of adults and children, counting infants as passengers. Then list large suitcases, cabin cases, a folded stroller and any other equipment separately. This is more useful than saying that you have normal holiday luggage. If grandparents or another family join you, combine everyone's list before requesting a quote so the vehicle is planned for the full group rather than the person making the booking.

How do child seats affect the vehicle choice?

Child restraints affect seating arrangements as well as overall capacity. Provide each child's age, height and weight, and describe any specific seat requirement. Ask whether the proposed vehicle can accommodate the requested restraints and all passengers comfortably. A seven-seat vehicle name does not mean every seat and every luggage position can be used at the same time. Obtain confirmation of the final passenger and luggage arrangement.

What should we keep within reach?

Pack a small arrival bag with the items your family will need between leaving the aircraft and reaching the hotel. Keep documents, spare clothing and essential supplies together so you do not need to open a large suitcase at the vehicle. If you bring your own child seat, check its transport arrangements with the airline and explain the seat and installation requirements to the transfer provider before the journey.

How do we plan the same requirements for every leg?

A hotel change or departure transfer needs the same passenger and equipment information as the airport arrival. Tell the provider if relatives leave on different flights or if your luggage grows during the stay. Review the confirmation for each leg, including any requested child seats. Palmway handles airport and hotel-to-hotel transfers; prices, equipment availability and booking terms should be accepted for the specific journeys rather than inferred from a general family description.

Useful questions

Does a baby count in the passenger total?

Yes. Include every traveller when describing your group and requesting an appropriate seating arrangement.

Is a larger vehicle automatically suitable for two child seats?

No. Ask the provider to confirm the requested restraints, seating configuration and luggage space together.
