Parents travelling with babies or children, especially when strollers, travel cots or more than one child seat must fit with the luggage.
How do I describe our family and luggage?
Include every traveller, including babies. Share the children's ages and, where needed for seat selection, their approximate height and weight. Request the required child-seat type rather than relying on the number of vehicle seats alone.
A pushchair, travel cot or several cabin bags can change the space needed. Describe bulky items and say whether your pushchair folds, especially when travelling with a larger family.
What should we prepare for the airport meeting?
Keep the confirmed meeting instructions and contact details available on your phone. If your party is arriving on different flights, make that clear before booking so collection and waiting arrangements can be discussed.
For the journey home, allow time to gather bags and settle children before the agreed pickup. Any change in luggage or seat needs should be checked in advance.
What should my request look like?
Illustrative request: MRU to [hotel] for [adults] and [children], with [suitcases] and [folded stroller dimensions]. Add each child’s age, height, weight and requested seat type.

What should I confirm before booking?
Rates are in euros, per private vehicle for a one-way journey. A return journey has two separately priced legs. Confirm your exact address, vehicle fit, availability and any requested extras before booking.
Your written confirmation must state the complete price, payment arrangements, waiting allowance and cancellation conditions. Child seats, extra stops and special equipment need a specific agreement.

Request them explicitly. The seat type, availability and any charge must appear in your written confirmation.
Can we bring our own child seat?
Mention its type when requesting the transfer so vehicle compatibility and the space needed can be considered before confirmation.
