View all transfer pricesHow do I arrange pickup after landing?
Use the name on your hotel confirmation and include the landing flight. If travelling with another family, confirm whether everyone will clear the airport together.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For a return to MRU, plan pickup from the agreed resort meeting point. For a move to another LUX* property, provide its full name before requesting timing.
What luggage details should I provide?
List golf bags, children’s cases and pushchairs alongside the main suitcases so the proposed vehicle suits both people and luggage.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
Palmway can plan the hotel-to-hotel journey as a separate leg of your stay. Your written quote should identify each pickup, destination and agreed price.
Before confirming
Check the exact property name and entrance with your accommodation. Hotel names on this website identify destinations and do not imply an affiliation, partnership or endorsement.
